   considered journey of contributions from a truly inspired lineup of
   artists : Ark, Matthew Herbert's Radio Boy, Mouse On Mars, Agf, Gudrun
   Gut, Thomas Fehlmann, Scanner, Lawrence, Pawel, Terre Thaemlitz and an
   inspired Pulse Programming remix by Schneider TM. Detailed in the
   booklet is a letter inviting parents of mentally retarded children to a
   special breakfast meal, laced with radioactivity - secret nuclear
   testing carried out in 1949 in the USA, in conjunction with the C.I.A.
   and M.I.T. Excellent stuff.
