Following on from OIB Records Split Series Volume 2 & 3, comes Vol 4, a
limited edition 7" bringing together 4 of the most crucial and exciting
contmporary math-emo and psych-rock bands.
The OIB Records split 7" series was created in 2008 as an opportunity
for the bands invited to be involved to experiment more widely and
create something outside the constrictive parameters of the more
cohesive album or EP format. Each volume is constructed around a
differen musical theme, while the 4 bands on any given volume may
differ widely in sound they all share a common ground in their ethos
and approach to music.
