Gauzy shoegaze loveliness from Echo Lake, following a lush
debut 12" from earlier this year. There's only two tracks
this time, and they're both really sweet. 'Lovely Day' is
the upbeat, catchy number drenched in echo for lo-fi but
widescreen effect, and 'Breathe Deep' is a fine homage to
Cocteau Twins, powered by slow radiant drum machine
patterns and dramatically layered vocals.
Rls note: not my sort of thing but one member likes it so
we will do it, maybe you'll like it who knows. It's nice
to have variety.
