This was one of my favorite records in high school in the mid 90s, and it
remains just as important to me today. It's so goddamn amazing that Merge
decided to not only remaster this classic, but release it with 14 Bonus songs
from the "Vs The Greatest Of All Time" EP, 7"s, b-sides and rareties.
The packaging rules too.. tons of live pictures, and I love the gold-stamped
writing. The best part of the release is the mini-zine about the band and what
their music means today, from Robert Christgau. Release of the summer for me.
Too bad they are releasing it along with the Arcade Fire deluxe edition.. that
band eats shit so some other losers can rls that.
