Slick, engrossing Techno from The Black Dog ov
Sheffield, indulging a darker,
industrial-tinted fetish. The rolling bass and
clinical, spindly synths of 'Black Chamber
Order' recall the stoic jacks of Terence
Fixmer's recent outings, only with their
signature feel for brooding melodic
developments. 'Bass Mantra' is more melodically
reserved, but built to move like one of Edit
Select's more reduced and powerful grooves.
Really strong material - recommended.
