Grizzled and grimy five-track EP from the
perpetually moody Cloaks. In the two parts of
the title track they do their nastiest
Scorn-style industrial halfstep, while
'Blackstar' is more of a slow pneumatic pounder
doused in caustic crackle and 'Coil' chews up
chunks of digital noise and regurgitates them
as a sloth-like slab of dubstep terror. Heavy.
