║ One of the most celebrated guitarists in Quebec, Stephane Dufor ║
║ releases 3271 through Digital Nations, Steve Vai's digital subsidiary ║
║ of Favored Nations! Stephane Dufour is known for his guitar work with ║
║ the group ''Saints and Sinners'and contributes his producing, ║
║ songwriting and guitar skills to the multi million record selling ║
║ French-Canadian rocker Eric Lapointe. ║
║ Apart from Dufour's playing and producing, he is an accomplished ║
║ songwriter, writing for other artists including: France D'Amour, ║
║ Melanie Renaud, Luce Dufault, Dumbmatique, Garou, Mario Pelchat, Marc ║
║ Dupre as well as movie soundtracks on "Les Dangereux", and "Les Boys" ║
║ I, II, and III which were among the most successful movies to date in ║
║ Quebec. Most recently he made he performed on the soundtrack for ║
║ Patrick Huard's movie "Les Trois Petits Cochons." Over Stephane's long ║
║ career, he has collaborated on hundreds of albums, including songs ║
║ with ex-STYX leader Dennis DeYoung's "100 Years From Now", which once ║
║ released, hit number 1 on the charts in Quebec in 2007. This is just ║
║ one of Dufour's seventeen number one hits that he has had over his ║
║ career. ║
║ Stephane built his own studio in his Montreal house and produced some ║
║ of Quebec's most successful songs and albums, getting numerous Gold ║
║ and Platinum awards in Canada. His latest instrumental effort, ║
║ entitled "3721" and was recorded there and shows Dufour's impressive ║
║ riffs, technique and pure shredding ability. ║
