| Every year during the month of June, Warsaw hosts some of the |
| biggest names on the jazz scene: John Zorn, Bill Laswell, James |
| Carter, Chuck Mangione and Pat Metheny included. Local bands also |
| perform making this a great place to get acquainted with the |
| substantial Polish jazz scene. Some concerts are open air with no |
| admission fee; the rest take place in the Sala Kongresowa where |
| booking in advance is highly advisable. |
