│ Pelinpala (Tommi Sirkia) and Outolintu (Jurgen Sachau), working from the │
│ Haltya studios, first released on the Fusion vs. Confusion compilation │
     │ in 1999. The Project/Haltya 12", released in 2000, received good │
│ feedback and club plays from, among others, Annie Nightingale at BBC │
│ Radio One. Electric Help Elves is the second album release for this │
│ dynamic duo (debut: Forest Flavour, ExoCD 09). Those who have heard │
     │ Haltya's latest 12" Hero (Exo 1211), knows what to expect. │
     │ │
│ By using instruments that are uncoventional for psy-trance guitars and │
│ horns Haltya has managed to create a groovy sound that we call Funky │
│ Forest Trance. The sound is something that is impossible to describe │
│ with only a couple words, but with the help of the cover graphics you │
│ get a fuller picture of the contents. The prima horns, guitar and drums │
│ on single track Hero results in an acid jazz sound or probably the │
│ funkiest trance ever made, depending on how you look at it. │
     │ │

│ matured. PsyCZ started releasing in VBR over two years ago, and was met │
│ with skepticism. As time went by, more and more realised that VBR is │
