This is the limited edition first run of
Billy's Vision with alternate cover and book
by Andrew Hunter.
Info about the CD is taken from here:

html
Back in the fall of 1999, artist and visionary
Andrew Hunter wanted a musician to provide a
soundtrack for his Billy's Vision exhibit
opening at the Mendel Art Gallery in
Saskatoon. If you cant see the exhibit, you
can get this book / soundtrack combo and
experience the story of Billy for yourself.
Info about the book is taken from here:
http://www.dunlopartgallery.org/exhibitions/ar
chives2000_04.html
Billy's Vision tells the tale of a mysterious
drifter who first appeared in the 1930s near
Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Known only as Billy
to the few people who had contact with him, he
was distinguished by his unusual physical
appearance, style of dress, and his abilities
as a visionary. Andrew Hunter discovered Billy
in his grandfather's (Thomas Allen Hunter)
field notes compiled on research trips to the
Canadian prairies and western United States
during the depression and war years. With
Billy's Vision, Andrew Hunter has sought to
complete his grandfather's research and to
bring the unique story of this "strange
fellow" (T.A. Hunter's words) to public
attention. The Dunlop version of this
exhibition will feature site-specific
historical paintings from the Regina Public
Library collection, as well as paintings from
the Mendel Art Gallery and archival material.
Billy's cabin will be recreated in the
gallery, with audio soundtrack and video
footage of his "visions".
Notes:
All songs composed, recorded, produced and
mastered by mcenroe. Additional Turntable work
by DJ Hunnicutt. Additional vocals by
Dominique Reynolds.
