│ Paul Paredes and Scott Pace bust out another dancelfoor gem, ││
│ this time for the flygaric crew. With recent releases and ││
│ remixes on labels such as Crack and Speed, Bluem, Honchos, ││
│ Household plus of course their own Select imprint these guys ││
│ are getting some serious club play in 2003. San Fransisco ││
│ super jock Mark Farina is one of their biggest fans, ││
│ proclaiming their Midas EP "the best record of WMC 2003" ││
│ and has been playing the hell out of this record from a cd-r ││
│ for the past 6 months. So what does it sound like ? ││
│ well.... A1 is the original mix by Paul and Scott and the ││
│ main ethos of this production is "simplicity is king" ││
│ from the "ow's" of the intro to the ascending B-line ││
│ that kicks in after a couple of minutes it's apparent ││
│ that this record will kick some serious ass on the ││
│ dancefloor. by the time the track breaks down and ││
│ the vocal comes in you are in dancing like a robot ││
│ climbing the stairs !! ││
