This awesome new band is J. Robbin's return to music! After more than a decade
since Jawbox and Burning Airlines, he's fuckin back and I'm pretty goddamn
excited about it. With songs ranging from angst-ridden punk to zen'd out
psychdelic, this is unlike anything he's done before, yet still familiar to
his fans. It features Darren Zentek, thedrummer of classic emo band Keresene
454, and Gordon Withers, who played cello in Jawbox. The band name comes from
Dick Cheney's Office of Special Plans, the committee that was created to
provide justification for the invasion of Iraq. Great name, great band. Buy
this or you'll end up in a Fema coffin, because it is truly one of the best
sleepers of 2011.
