██▌▄▀█ Florida, USA. Our objective is bringing high-quality ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ music to the evolving breaks djs and listeners ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ throughout the world. We specialize in nu-skool, ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ electro, and nu-electro and are inclined to ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ combinations of these, and sometimes progressive ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ breaks as well. With a roster of artists whose tastes ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ differ in preference, our label is more diversified ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ and we are not prone to only one genre of breaks (we ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ do however limit the boundaries to breaks alone). ░██▌▄▀

██▌▄▀█ We feature some excellent talent in the world of ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ breaks. Our successful list of members show skills in ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ many areas, including music production, djing, ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ graphic design, audio engineering, and more. Our ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ artists have accomplished some great things, since ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ and before the start of this label in October 2002. ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ Already being recognized by many as a rising force in ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ the breaks music coming out of Florida, the releases ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ will only continue to multiply. ░██▌▄▀

██▌▄▀█ But you will not hear that old Florida sound from us- ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ we are more interested in taking the music to a ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ higher level, with pounding beats and dirty ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ basslines. NIM is all about doing what we love to do, ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ and sharing it with the rest of the world hoping that ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ they love it too. That is the main element of our ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ objective, and if we can achieve that . . . we can ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ acheive our objective altogether. ░██▌▄▀

██▌▄▀█ Rob Real's life in music began at the early age of ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ six years old, when he first learned to play the ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ piano. For the next 11 years he continued with piano ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ lessons and music theory study, while also picking up ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ several other instruments along the way (including ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ the guitar, sax, and drums). Years of study in music ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ theory gave Rob a solid musical foundation, which ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ would prove to be valuable to him later in life. ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ When Rob was first introduced to the electronic ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ synthesizer in 1995, his focus shifted almost ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ instantly from traditional instruments to electronic ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ music. Not even in the scene yet, he was doing ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ various things with electronic music until he ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ discovered this "whole new world". By 1997 he had his ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ first equipment and was on his way. In March of 1999, ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ Rob did his first live show at a local nightclub in ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ his hometown, and has been playing out ever since. ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ His performances range from South Florida all the way ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ to Winnipeg Manitoba in Canada. Rob has produced many ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ different styles, including trance, jungle, a little ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ house, and plenty of Florida breaks. But ultimately ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ he found satisfaction in nu skool and electro, with ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ progressive elements. ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ "If you want something done right, it really is best ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ to just do it yourself." This was Rob's feeling when ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ he started Nu Illusion Music. He formed this record ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ label to express his love for the music, and to make ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ things happen for himself and the other members of ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ the label. "This label was inevitable," Rob says. ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ "I've been making this kind of music for years now, ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ and not to sound full-of-myself in any way because ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ I'm not, but honestly my tracks have gotten pretty ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ good over the years. There are also several other ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ producers I know who have been producing for some ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ time now as well, and everyone has been pretty good ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ for a while. There is every reason for us to be our ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ own record label, and no reason for us not to be. We ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ aren't about the money at N.I.M., we are truly about ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ the music. We aren't trying to get rich, we are ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ trying to share our hard work and what we love to do ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ with other people who we hope will love it to. That ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ is the main element of our objective, and if we can ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ achieve that, we can achieve our objective ░██▌▄▀
