Full album. No glitch at track 2 1:31 and ripped in vbr
Having already released the anthemic EP, Tell Me from
early Eringa sessions in early summer 2003, it wasn't
until late autumn with Wason beginning to mend - although
he's currently still suffering from Bells Palsy - that
the band reconvened with Marr in Clear Studios in
Manchester to finish the work they had begun in London
earlier in the year.
Titled All For A Reason, Haven's second album is a
soulful, powerful work. The songs freely push out towards
emotional extremes, exploring feelings with a
breathlessness determination. Opener Change Direction is
a stately, powerful guitar pop song that reminds us that
there's a world of possibilities out there, while the
intense What Love Is jabs you strongly in the guts.
"Love's the most aggressive emotion", declares Briggs of
the track's impact. "No matter how it manifests itself,
if you're in love, it kicks the fuck out of you. It's a
really powerful, no holes barred mean machine"
