last six months, getting progressively darker and
rawer, and here the process reaches a conclusion.
"Chemical Sweet Girl" is a glorious riot of
bleeps, rough-arsed synth and Arnaud Rebotini's
vocal; but the revelation is "The Abwehr Disco",
which is savagely funky. Black Strobe have
realised their ambition to make rock & roll with
synths.
