Release Notes: ░██▓
██▒
Presenting a degustation for your ears: the Love Drive ██░
Commission is the debut album from Brisbane-based MC and ██
producer Calski. His approach to beat making on the MPC, ██
sampling and live instrumentation brings pathos back to hip ██
hop. ██
██
Calski's ability to build diverse sonic scenery is on par ██
with the likes of Madlib, Yesterday's New Quintet and ██
Cinematic Orchestra. LDC shifts us into the world of dreams, ██
becoming the soundtrack to an unmade film, with the grit of ██
Detroit, the drums of New York and the smoothness that only ██
comes from the west coast. ██
