Over the past several years, DJ Cabbie has firmly established
himself as one of the leading production masterminds in Drum & Bass
music. His uplifting and bass heavy tracks have provided the dance
floor masses with an excuse to skank out all over the world, gracing
some of the most prolific labels in the industry and reinforcing his
dominance within the jump up genre.
His relentless productions and uncompromising sound has received
critical acclaim from all over the world ensuring every respectable
DJ keeps a track of his in their bags. With support from BBC Radio
1, Kiss FM, Mistajam, Grooverider and the Godfather of Drum and Bass
himself, DJ Hype to name but a few, Cabbie's sound and performance
have made him production force to be reckoned with.
This Drum and Bass sample pack has been meticulously crafted by
Cabbie over several months in order to give producers an insight
into his sound, and to present a huge palette of inspirational
samples and ideas for producers to mangle and tweak in order to make
their own.
The Basslines include Bit Crushed Loops, Deep and Dirty Subs, Synth
Tones, Reeces, Square Basses and Filtered elements, while the Drum
Loops include full rollers, broken breaks, sections, fills and other
assorted studio madness. The Leads include Arpeggios, Korgs, Rave
Sounds, Euro Textures, Dark Pads and there is plenty of variation
for all types of moods. You also get broken percussive elements
including Bongos, Hats, Tambourine Loops, Add on and Top Sections
and plenty of Full Loops.
This sample pack weighs in at 600MB and includes 455 samples at 24
Bit resolution, including 190 Loops and 265 one Shot samples. You
also get 63 ready to play patches for Halion, EXS, SFZ, Kontakt, or
Reason NNXt compatible soft samplers. Apple Loops, Reason Refill and
Ableton Live versions are also available to purchase separately.
