The first thing I have to say is really? WTF?
Why was DeVOiD included in that notice? Did we wrong you in a past life? We never affiled on OlYmP3 and
never knew it existed before your notice came out. Why is our group in parentheses? It appears you are
trying to make some associations that do not exist. Do you have any evidence that we pred there or were
ever associated with that site EVER?
The answer is no, you don't, because there is no evidence because we were never there.
Or are you trying to say that one of the groups on that site "own" DeVOiD?
Seems like that could be what you are trying to imply so lets take a minute to examine pres.

YUMYUM and oRo don't appear to release MP3 so there is nothing to compare.
So what can we gather from this? 2 -WEB- groups and a group that releases mainly French material and no similar pres. Since we provide proof for all of our releases
it is highly unlikely that we are re-encoding WEB MP3s and faking proofs to fool you, so I think we can safely say that no, not owned by iCND or MonoPoly.
That leaves QFC as an MP3 parent. So lets examine this further. Have we (DeVOiD) released French FLAC? Why we certainly have! Case closed!
But not really. We haven't released anything French for several months.(Last FR pre 2011-12-14 16:34:24)
We release fairly regularly so lets do some further checking on this, maybe the similar releases
just aren't in the output?
Lets take the last release from QFC, dupe it and see what we get. (You can do this too so you know we're not editing results)

Once again, no similarities. In fact, I implore you to check all of our releases against QFC releases. If you find anything similar I will be greatly surprised.

Less than 2 hundreths of a percent. Obviously thats enough to craft a link between an almost exclusively French release group and DeVOiD.
But wait again!! You heard from a friend who heard from a friend that a member from one of those groups was in DeVOiD?!?! First off, that's called hearsay and is not
admissible in any court of law. But this isn't a courtroom is it? It may as well be. We are being judged by our friends, affils and competition. The general thought is
"Holy shit! These guys are insecure!" And why? Because our group was included in an nfo about an insecure site without any proof at all that we are/were associated there.
Second, I can say tell someone that I'm in any particular group that exists, but that doesn't make it true.

Well, if you read it in an nfo it must be true.
So, once again, why did you include DeVOiD in your nfo about a shitty p2l site?
It's easy to make these types of claims against a group, provide no evidence and sit back and laugh.
There is no simple way for us to make a defense without posting all our affils and since that is never going to happen
it appears we are at an impasse.
Since we we're not included in the directory name of your release it seems to me that is an adminssion that we were NOT on that site. And since we
have just shown that the connection between any of those groups and DeVOiD is non-existent...
You're libelous accusation has put our integrity into question and that is unjust.
To all sceners: Demand proof of foul deeds and don't blindly follow what is written in an nfo.
To CLEANSCENE: While I admire what you are trying to do, get your facts straight before you make such
presumptions. And why the (-DeVOiD? haha)? Why laugh? Do you find it amusing to falsely accuse and damage
a groups reputation? Crap group? If you don't like our releases don't download them, very simple solution.
If you don't like a particular group and are at "war" with them that's your prerogative, leave us out of it.
If you really want to implement some cleaning have sites ban ranges from known rental companies and autoban when
those ranges are detected. If non-rental/colos were to do this the scene would be clean of shit sites and shit groups
in no time. It would force racers/groups to not blindly accept that shiny new gbit site and most likely rid us of most of
the individuals leaking to p2p. What a novel idea...
