"Patric Catani started to make music very early, in his :::::::::
teenager age he used to program on his C64 Computer and :::::::::
used to rip the old arcade game music out of games. :::::::::
He continued to work on the homecomputer and made his :::::::::
first Hardcore/Techno Gabba record in the age of 16 in the :::::::::
year 1992 on his Amiga 500 computer. He called himself E :::::::::
de Cologne these days and he influenced a lot of other :::::::::
experimental and Breakcore orientated bands and musicians. :::::::::
Very soon after his successful start he made a remix 10'' :::::::::
for Mouse on Mars and started several other projects, he :::::::::
moved from Cologne to Berlin. With his band EC8OR that he :::::::::
formed together with Gina V. D'Orio he toured in the :::::::::
States and Japan several times and during the years he :::::::::
released over 30 records on various labels like the old :::::::::
Structure/Monotone, Praxis, Bastard Loud, Digital Hardcore :::::::::
Recordings, Mille Plateaux, Wordsound/Blackhoodz and Grand :::::::::
Royal. Since a few years he is working with the :::::::::
Puppetmastaz who also just released their debut LP :::::::::

limit, a collision of Rock'n'Roll, Moog influenced but :::::::::
harsh synthscapes breakcore but Belly Dance Punk and Gabba :::::::::

His debut LP Kimouchi just got released on Gagarin Records :::::::::
run by Felix Kubin who couldn't deny to release the Candie :::::::::
Hank stuff and even called it a landmark. Candie Hank :::::::::

Well this is our third year around, and as always we will keep on :::::.
releasing good techno/electronic music to the scene. A lot has ::::::
happened under the three years in TechnoRulez. Some members have ::::::
come and some have passed on, but the fact that we have quality in ::::::
the releases has remained. Will also remain the same in the future. ::::::

We in TechnoRulez are in it for the fun! And we buy our own records ::::::
with hard earned cash! The artists we deal with are not rock stars. ::::::
They don't pretend to be 'the man'. They're not part of the ::::::
establishment or the multi-million dollar music business. So the ::::::
only way our scene can stay alive is through its undying support for ::::::
the artists and labels. *THIS* is the sole reason we release music. ::::::

So for fuck's sake, if you like what your hear, go to your local ::::::
record shop and purchase a copy of your own. It's your duty! Only ::::::
through this process we can all continue to enjoy techno music to ::::::
the fullest. As far as our releases go, if you can get hold of them, ::::::
be happy and treasure them. Don't start posting to public domains ::::::
or sources!! This will eventually result in a more restricted ::::::
distribution of our releases, possibly even only internal... ::::::
