Ring Ring Rouge are an alternative/indie band from Burnley, Lancashire signed to Jack
to Phono Records. Previously known as The Red Telephone, the four piece have
impressed audiences across the North West and London with their intensely atmospheric
sound and instrument swapping live performances. These are exciting times for the
band with the 4 track Red Telephone EP and a debut album planned for later in 2012.
They are being featured on BBC Introducing in Lancashire and plan to record the album
with Mike Page (The Seal Cub Clubbing Club, Tom Eno & Various PIAS acts.) The band
has four members Clive Durkin, Gary & Shaun Starr and Michael Connell. Influences
include Radiohead, The National, Modest Mouse and Interpol. The band have attracted
fans on their you tube page with a sense of humour that attracts new fans to the
bands catchy songs.
