L'ahka Muza (Muse of Light) has been known for 20 years and became
famous as one of the most interesting and mature acts in Eastern
Europe. "V Zablesku Vecnosti" is band's fifth album, containing nine
songs of original gothic-industrial. Its distinctive feature is
strong and dramatic voice of Gudrun Snake, which is known as a very
charismatic person. Her near-ritualistic singing, dynamic guitar
ornaments and modern machinery power give the album a hypnotic
rhythmic and unique color. Captivating by its sensitivity, mystic
sounds, calm melancholy and gothic sexuality, this witchcraft
elegantly balances between the worlds of magic and industrial art.
This is undoubtedly the best work in L'ahka Muza's discography.
The album was released in beautiful white digipack CD, and contains
a significant multimedia section with detailed information,
including lyrics of all bandæs albums and their translations,
impressive photo galleries and 2 video clips.
L'ahka Muza was founded in 1984, being the first band of dark scene
in Slovakia. At the time, the band was inspired by eccentric ideas
of post-punk and new-wave, which were difficult to spread in
then-Soviet Czechoslovakia. The band core up to this day includes
the commanding Gudrun and guitarist/programmer 667, who constantly
employ new musicians and charming female assistants. L'ahka Muza is
known not only for their original albums and magic performances, but
also for their expressive erotic image and provoking S&M clothing,
designed by Gudrun herself. Even a separate project, entitled Hieros
Gamos, was created to emphasize the visual expressiveness.
Earlier albums of L'ahka Muza were released on records labels in
their native Czech Republic and Slovakia, while their fourth CD
"Cesty svetla plynu temnotou" was released under the sign of famous
Polish record label Black Flames. Namely this contract opened them
the doors to gothic Western scene, and the CD was reviewed by all
major darkwave publications in Germany, other European and American
countries, and even in areas as exotic as Kamchatka. L'ahka Muza
participated in famous European festivals Wave Gotik Treffen, Castle
Party, Dark Nation Day, and Brutal Assault, and in 2003 they played
in Vilnius at Kunigunda Lunaria festival.
L'ahka Muza is truly a cult band and it is hardly comparable with
any other band, even if it is difficult to be original in todayÆs
scene. Unrepeatable sounds of their songs beat with the glory and
passion of Old Europe, transcending the ages for a flight to
eternity.....Enjoy !!!

MORAL DiSCLAiMER: We are very aware of the fact that our releases
contribute to the growing sale losses of record companies.
Unfortunately our style primarily targets small, independant labels
that need sales to survive.
For these reasons we ask you not to distribute this release on public
sites or P2P tools; if more and more receive their music from the net,
artists and labels will have to face even less sells than nowadays.
Please do not consider this release as a substitute to the original, but
only as a way to check out and learn about new music.
We absolutely do not approve of DJs or other individuals that earn
money from pirated music - Don't let them get their hands on it!
By buying the albums you like you disperse the guilt we feel by
releasing this music - Enjoy the music and be fair with the artists!
YOUR support is required to keep them financially alive and producing!
