Release Notes:
NOFX just wrapped up the recording of their new full-length album. While that
wonÆt be released until the fall, weÆve got a brand new single to tide you over
until then: My StepdadÆs a Cop and My StepmomÆs a Domme. Due out June 19th, My
Stepdad features two brand new NOFX songs, recorded a couple months before they
began work on their upcoming full-length. Both songs are unmistakably NOFX.
Musically they showcase the hallmark breakneck melodies that NOFX made an
institution. And lyrically, well, seriously, who else is writing songs called
ôMy StepdadÆs a Cop and My StepmomÆs a Dommeö? Where does the inspiration for
something like that come from? Actually, itÆs best not to think about it and
just enjoy the ride.
