│║ It is with great pleasure that I introduce to ║ │
│║ you, dear readers, the youngest candidate ║ │
│║ exponent of national Prog Metal scene, the band ║ │
│║ Abstract Shadows. Actually, not so new. ║ │
│║ Conceived by musician Alberto Lima (guitar) and ║ │
│║ Helvio Poletti (bass) at the end of the ║ │
│║ nineties, in 2007 alone can revive his debut ║ │
│║ album, originally released in 2004, the ║ │
│║ sensational Symphony Of Hakel. Rounding out the ║ │
│║ team, the group still has the power keyboardist ║ │
│║ Jose Cardillo (Eternal, ex-Sagga Holly), Neno ║ │
│║ Fernando on vocals on drums and Marcus Aurelius, ║ │
│║ to then devise a work of unquestionable ║ │
│║ predicates. Armed with a musical vocabulary ║ │
│║ established, the quintet offers listeners with ║ │
│║ an exquisite material, full of details that ║ │
│║ surely will delight fans of the artistic segment ║ │
│║ broadcast by Dream Theater among others. Taking ║ │
│║ into account this aspect, can not be indifferent ║ │
│║ to the issues surrounding the strain of ║ │
│║ "Shadows," "World Machine", "Spirits" (featuring ║ │
│║ drummer Ricardo Confessori Shaman), and "Distant ║ │
│║ Voices", they all enhanced by an extremely ║ │
│║ efficient production. And in this context would ║ │
│║ be a tremendous injustice fail to mention the ║ │
│║ power of Joseph Cardillo. That this musician, he ║ │
│║ added, much to the result obtained here has been ║ │
│║ positive, especially when we turn to high-grade ║ │
│║ cutting-edge climate. Work of the first world! ║ │
│║ Symphony Of Hakel again appear in the catalog of ║ │
│║ the rich Brazilian Prog Metal, this place that ║ │
│║ should never have left. Palmas then to Voice ║ │

│║ the revival of Abstract Shadows on the scene. ║ │
