│║ Sceptor is a traditional German metalband which ║ │
│║ has its roots in US-Powermetal, the guys ║ │
│║ combine both styles. The result is the new album ║ │
│║ äTake Command!ô If you are oldfashioned ║ │
│║ you're the one! ║ │
│║ Sceptor was founded in 2009 and by 2010 a self ║ │
│║ produced 7ô vinyl released by HIGH ║ │
│║ ROLLER RECORDS with Bob Mitchell (ATTACKER, ║ │
│║ SLEEPY HOLLOW) on vocals. ║ │
│║ It was limited to 500 copies. But shortly after ║ │
│║ this for personal reasons Bob left the band. ║ │
│║ After struggling to find suitable members to ║ │
│║ complete the band it wasnÆt until 2011 that ║ │
│║ Sceptor felt complete, and happy to rock the ║ │
│║ stage. ║ │
│║ In 2011 a demo äA Hellish Demoô was released and ║ │
│║ quickly sold out. ║ │
│║ The band has appeared with bands like: ║ │
│║ VANDERBUYST, EMERALD, IRON KOBRA, PALACE, ║ │
│║ MESSENGER and many others. Their first ║ │
│║ longplayer is entitled äTake Command!ô. ║ │
│║ Released worldwide by 7Hard Records. ║ │
