| Mcity SOLO is a gifted performer, songwriter, recording artist |
| and motivational speaker. He was born Khalyil RouseûBakel on |
| November 25, in Montreal, Canada. While still in high school he |
| adopted the moniker "Mcity SOLO", as his homage to his |
| birthplace; Montreal. His style of music is an interesting mix |
| of musical influences from The Black Eyed Peas to Jay-Z, along |
| with the infusion of a distinctly Caribbean flavor (a tribute to |
| his proud Trinidadian culture). In 2005 after taking the advice |
| of his business coach, Mcity SOLO & his brother and business |
| partner, created "The Music With Meaning Tour" |
| (www.musicwithmeaning.ca), a motivational school tour; that |
| combines music with a motivational message. Over the last 5 |
| years the venture has given Mcity SOLO credibility, media |
| exposure and corporate affiliations. The tour has also enabled |
| him to accomplish two important goals; perfecting his stage |
| presence by giving him the opportunity to perform over 200 |
| shows, while allowing him to express his passion as a community |
| leader by having a much needed, positive impact on the lives of |
| over 50,000 teenagers. Also accredited to him, Mcity SOLO is the |
| 1st Montreal Hip Hop artist to get a production deal with Akon's |
| Hitlab Records. He recently performed as a headliner for over |
| 5000 guests along side Danny Fernandes, and Young Money |
| Entertainment artist; "Jae Millz", "Gudda Gudda" and " the final |
| touches on his upcoming full-length concept album Walk Through |
| Reality that will bring listeners on an emotional journey |
| through the issues facing the world today. Mcity SOLO has a |
| series of singles available on iTunes for your listening |
| pleasure. |
