        Bad Boy Joe is currently one of New YorkÆs most sought after
        mix
        D.J./Producers. Born in Brooklyn, Joe was heavily influenced
        by freestyleÆs latin rhythms and the soulful sounds of disco
        & house music. His early inspiration came from the Latin
        Rascals and Chep Nu±ez. ôI purchased my first turntables
        back in 1988àa pair of 1200Æs and a mixer from a buddy who
        needed the money for his wedding. I just started playing
        around making mix-tapes for friends, and the next thing I
        knew, I bought a used reel to reel, some razor blades and
        tons of scotch tape and I just started trying to do what
        Chep Nu±ez, Tony Moran and Albert Cabrera did.ö After
        countless hours behind the turntables, and more than a
        decade perfecting his unique ôhigh-energyö style of
        multi-editing, Joe æBad BoyÆ Marcano has given up the razor
        blades in favor of a Mac G4 and a state-of-the-art recording
        studio.

        In addition to producing numerous mix shows and events for
        WKTU 103.5fm in New York City, Joe has many successful
        projects to his credit, including his collaboration with DJ
        Louie DeVito on ôThe NYC Underground Party C.D.Æsö (which
        still remains to be the largest selling dance compilation
        series in U.S. history) as well as Louie DevitoÆs recent
        Dance Factoryö C.D.  We released the sampler a few weeks
