█▀░░ PsyCZ group was formed in spring 2001 by its first three members ... ░░▀█
█▀░ But as every group grows and gets new members, new people joined PsyCZ ░▀█
█▀░ to help us in our mission. Our main common loved genere was psychedelic ░▀█
█▀░ .. of course, but everyone of us likes several more genres. This caused, ░▀█
█▀░ that several members began to demand releasing other music styles such ░▀█
█▀░ as ambient, drum&bass and few more ... So we realized, that our original ░▀█
█▀░ name PsyCZ is a little uncomfortable, because it highlights our psy - ░▀█
█▀░ sight. After few days of debates we decided to found new sub-group ... ░▀█
█▀░ and here we are ... PsyCZ_NP will bring you plenty of non psychedelic ░▀█
█▀░ music ... especially ambient, but some other genres are planned too. ░▀█
█▀░ Why did we decide for non-psy? Changing of the group name isn't possible ░▀█
█▀░ so possibilities we had was only adding a suffix to current group name ░▀█
█▀░░ ... so have chosen non-psy, because it's clearest and most fluent ... ░░▀█

█▀║ An avid music collector since his childhood (from blues and rock'n ║▀█

█▀║ Gianluigi started his own music experiments in 1995, with a basic ║▀█
█▀║ instrumentation, trying to explore the shores of deep space-ambient. ║▀█
█▀║ His first album "Three lights at the end of the world", composed in ║▀█
█▀║ 1995, has been released in 1996 by italian ambient artist Alio Die's ║▀█
█▀║ own label, Hic Sunt Leones (Alio Die himself played for a minute in a ║▀█
█▀║ track of this album). ║▀█
█▀║ His classic double-live album "The spirals of time", released in 1997 ║▀█
█▀║ by Amplexus, has been voted as one of the best ambient albums of all ║▀█
█▀║ times. ║▀█
█▀║ Oophoi creates deep, beautiful and trance-inducing compositions that ║▀█
█▀║ have set new standards in the field of space music. ║▀█
█▀║ He uses traditional instruments as synths and sampling machines, but ║▀█
█▀║ also singing bowls, flutes, special percussions (woodchimes, stones, ║▀█
█▀║ shells, crystal chimes) and processed voices; all his music is ║▀█
█▀║ recorded using analog-only devices (no computers!) in The Kiva, his ║▀█
█▀║ studio, which used to be a stall in a XV Century stone country house ║▀█
█▀║ in the hills of central Italy. ║▀█
█▀║ In 2002 he has founded the experimental ambient group Nebula, along ║▀█
█▀║ with Klaus Wiese, Mauro Malgrande, Lorenzo Pierobon and Tau Ceti. ║▀█
