::: The Grape And The Grain is a Rock 'n Roll band from :::
::: Kingston, NY fronted by Daniel Grimsland. Daniel, since 2005 :::
::: has been the Bassist in the band 3 from Woodstock, NY, but :::
::: on The Grape And The Grain's debut release "Better Keep :::
::: Digging" he is not just the Bass Playeràhe wrote all the :::
::: songs, performed all the vocals, and played all the :::
::: instruments. Daniel has also been a long time touring and :::
::: session musician performing with many artists including :::
::: Ceili Rain featuring Bob Halligan Jr. (songwriter known for :::
::: his work with Kiss, Judas Priest, and Cher), Jim Weider (The :::
::: Band), and Rhett Miller (Old 97's). He has also recorded :::
::: many records and performed with world renown :::
::: drummer/producer Jerry Marotta (Peter Gabriel, Elvis :::
::: Costello). Taking all he's learned from these amazing :::
::: musicians, Daniel decided to step out from behind the Bass :::
::: and write and record his own music. Recorded mostly on his :::
::: own in his apartment, Daniel did call on his good friend and :::
::: bandmate Joey Eppard (3) to mix his new record "Better Keep :::
::: Digging". The Grape And The Grain's music is a combination :::
::: of Daniel's love for punk, classic rock, blues/country, and :::
