             There are so many compilation albums which are made
             basing on various intends and plans in the world. I
             had an opportunity makes me consider that " What is
             the reason why compilation album by PROGRESSIVE FOrM
             exists?" the other day. "The place that directs and
             suggests space where experiment and exchange mingles."
             I could say it's not surprising however it seems quite
             natural in a sense, doesn't it? Now, I will go back to
             this compilation album. The theme is "cool and
             comfortable Down-Tempo" and "to promote new talent".
             Brilliant talents which had met fortunately through
             daily activities in wide region. Even though
             electronic instrumental music is progressing as itself
             in each countries through various changes, under such
             conditions, what is going to happen if I focused
             "rhythm" which is also PROGRESSIVE FOrM's important
             identity and checked "Down-Tempo" and " Low-Beat" that
             are one of basics in 2003? Case study that is made of
             10 tracks from 9 artists will be presented.
