│║ ECLIPSE PROPHECY a Power Metal band from ║ │
│║ Montreal, Canada and play your basic type of ║ │
│║ Power Metal. They incorporate soaring vocals, ║ │
│║ double bass drums, fast guitars, keyboards, and ║ │
│║ the ever to common wizard and warrior themed ║ │
│║ lyrics. This is nothing new in the Power Metal ║ │
│║ genre, and I have to say itÆs played out. ║ │

│║ Many comparisons can be made to ECLIPSE ║ │
│║ PROPHECY; I wonÆt get into that, just pick a ║ │
│║ Power Metal band and thereÆs your comparison. ║ │

│║ The album starts of with the clichΘ instrumental ║ │
│║ intro ôAnimus Araö that leads into the first ║ │
│║ song ôUnder ShadowÆs Veilö, a very good ║ │
│║ representation of what to expect from the rest ║ │
│║ of the album. ║ │
│║ ║ │
│║ I want to give an in depth review, but really, ║ │
│║ there just isnÆt much going on here, everything ║ │
│║ is pretty basic - guitars, vocals, lyrics and ║ │
│║ drums are what youÆd expect from a Power Metal ║ │
│║ band. Although everything has been done before, ║ │
│║ this is a decent release and has definitely kept ║ │
│║ my attention for the last couple of days. Is it ║ │
│║ something I would think to pop in and listen to? ║ │
│║ Probably not, but if IÆm scrolling through my ║ │
│║ music and see it, I would. ║ │
│║ ║ │
│║ I think if youÆre a Power Metal fan (which I am) ║ │
│║ you just wonÆt hear anything ground breaking ║ │
│║ here. Is it good? Yes! Is it heavy? Yes! Is it a ║ │
│║ typical Power Metal release? Hell Yes! ║ │
