banzai republic are the three dubbists buddha t, seitzmayer and
     jon.a.
since 1995 they have produced music, but it wasnÆt until they
hooked up with kenneth bager, that things changed. kenneth was
establishing music for dreams when he met the banzai boys. they
played him some tracks and they discussed music for hours. two
days later they returned to kennyÆs office with ôin my homeö.
kenneth was captured by the sound of the track, and how beautiful
they sampled mahalia jackson. together the released their debut
single ôin my homeö which became the first single on music for
     dreams.
im my homeö became a chill classic during 2001, and really changed
the daily life of banzai republic. suddenly everybody were
requesting remixes, producer sessions and collaborations. from
legendary laid back and sergio mendez to portuguese maestros
madredeus, house players filur and weekendplayers and even cirque
du soliel and santos became some of the wonderful and
inspirational artists they have remixed. but there was also their
     debut album to think about.
it should take nearly 2 years before banzai republic finally could
close the sessions, and present the final version of ôwhere the
fun starts early in the dayö. during those long nights tracks had
been slipped out of the studio and ended up on several
compilations including the famous buddha bar and chill out in
ibiza series. and djs such as chris coco, larry heard, lenny
ibizzare, phil mison, pathaan have played their tracks. from bbc
in the uk to abc in australia, the blessed beats of the banzaiÆ
     have travelled through the airwaves.

the track "loolah" is exclusive to this vinyl.
