Cosa Nostra returns with the second part of 'Return To Sender', continuing their
foray into the leftfield house sounds. The first track 'Whole Lot More' takes on a
strong disco tinge, with chopped up samples balanced by a riding bassline. Label mate
Nigel One takes on the remixing duties and he executes it well by stripping the
original track down into a late night instrumental number, one that would easily fit
into any late night dance-floor sets.
'You Know What I Mean' is an ode to Nina Simone, one of the greatest vocalist to ever
grace the modern world. The track kicks off with a deep synth bassline, before
building up slowly to a rather interesting flip in the middle. Again, the boys paired
up with MIss MIC who supplied the strong vocals and as always, there's something that
surprises as the track unfolds... Cosa Nostra style.
