Having graced the scene with it's inaugural vinyl release still fresh in
the memory, Espai Music follow up in stellar fashion thanks to a Luke
Fair EP dripping with class. As an artist, Luke needs no introduction,
but further augments his reputation here with two originals destined to
stay in the playlists of the main players for some time to come. 'Balloon
Race' is deep, emotive and uplifting in equal measure. A solid house
backbone is complimented perfectly by a bed of stunning vocal textures
and piano melodies. Espai call upon some of the scene's most respected
contributors for remix duties. Ireland's Dibby Dougherty and David Young
have a flawless discography and have delivered yet again with a jaw-
dropping, bass-driven melodic techno piece oozing with texture and depth.
A triumph indeed. 'Long Road' sees Luke complete the set of originals,
and once again the results are testimony to his talent. A rich, groovy
house number with broad appeal, the track is simple in it's execution yet
unforgettable, infectious and full of melody. Completing the package is
Inxec's take on Long Road. Taking a deeper, techier direction, the track
is quite simply a masterpiece. A steadily morphing and building bassline
is destined to send even the most difficult of dancefloors into raptures
and is a fitting finale to another laudible moment in Espai's
