░ ██▓ With Hands And Feet - Remix EP ░ ██▓
░ ██▓ Multiplex Music ░ ██▓
░ ██▓ 02/07/2004 ░ ██▓
░ ██▓ The first release on Christian and Roland Dormon's ░ ██▓
░ ██▓ self-titled Multiplex imprint features a collection ░ ██▓
░ ██▓ of remixes of "Hands and Feet" provided by ░ ██▓
░ ██▓ Digitonal, Shitmat, Proem, Safety Scissors, ░ ██▓
░ ██▓ Fizzarum, Novel 23, Dictaphone and more. Fellow ░ ██▓
░ ██▓ Toytronic operators Digitonal offer up a beautifully ░ ██▓
░ ██▓ executed string-laden reworking that infuses the ░ ██▓
░ ██▓ squashed beats of the original with densly layered ░ ██▓
░ ██▓ Murcof-driven strings. Planet Mu's Shitmat offer up ░ ██▓
░ ██▓ two remixes - splitting heads with splattercore ░ ██▓
░ ██▓ beats and some nifty edits, while Safety Scissors ░ ██▓
░ ██▓ abandons the House code momentarily and unleashes ░ ██▓
░ ██▓ some 8-bit malfunctions in fine style. Fizzarum ░ ██▓
░ ██▓ (where have they been?), meanwhile, layer padded ░ ██▓
░ ██▓ bass and sublime melodies beautifully - but it's ░ ██▓
░ ██▓ Dictaphone, however, who provide the finest remix on ░ ██▓
░ ██▓ this collection - a sublime microscopic ghostly jazz ░ ██▓
░ ██▓ echo drenched in a haze of late night smoke. ░ ██▓
░ ██▓ Recommended. ░ ██▓
