Rampa makes a welcome return to Defected with a stellar release æWhere Did I Go
Wrong, the Berlin based producer has had an incredible few years receiving huge
respect from the House community with releases on the likes of Cocoon, Pets and
Keinemusik to name but a few.
This release sees a recognizable vocalist lay their lungs over a dance floor
ready vibe, S.Y.F a.k.a Starving Yet Full of Azari & III delivers a classy
effort to compliment a perfect production from Rampa. The original is driven by
an infectious rhythm, sharp hi hats, subtle melodic bass lines and that real
classic Defected sound that any true House/Techno fan can connect with. A club
mix steps up the tempo on this release with the addition of a more intense
tabla style driving groove, powerful punchy kicks, weighted percussion making
this a definite selection for summer time sets.
