NomiS is a socially conscious MC and producer from ██░
Oceanside, San Diego, Southern California. Growing up in ██
the San Bernardino County and coming from a musically ██
inclined background, NomiS found himself interested in many ██
different genres of music early on. He found a connection to ██
Hip Hop culture and music during grade school where the ██
alias "NomiS" became his musical identity. Studying music at ██
a California State University, NomiS received a Bachelor's ██
Degree in Visual & Performing Arts with an emphasis in Music ██
. Performing everywhere from festivals, arenas, School's, ██
bar's, church's, street corners and living rooms, to ██
internationally in countries such as Trinidad, The ██
Philippines, and Thailand. ██

After a makeshift release in 2004, an EP in 2006, and a side ██
project with Jeremiah Bonds (Forgotten Heroes) in 2007; ██
NomiS released an extremely competent debut full-length ██
installment in 2008 entitled, "Mouthpiece of the Lion". This ██
album featured collaborations with Vanderslice (Sean Price, ██
Murdah Mook), theBREAX, the Listener (Deepspace 5), ██
Scribbling Idiots and more. Then in 2010 NomiS released his ██
follow up solo EP entitled, "Rosario Dawson" which featured ██
Blame One, iAMe (Sandpeople), Manchild (Mars ILL/Deepspace ██
5) and more. This album created a huge buzz in the ██
independent music scene for NomiS. Getting the attention ██
and co-sign of the real Rosario Dawson herself who called ██
it, "Real Rap," among other things ██

Now in 2012, Nomis is ready to release his most complete ██
album to date, "Searching For Alpha Trion." This project is ██
where Nomis has truly come into his own. The guest list is ██
stacked and includes notables such as Phil the Agony (from ██
Strong Arm Steady), the legendary Sadat X of Brand Nubian, ██
Wonder Brown and Elias (from Scribbling Idiots), Sev Statik ██
(from Deepspace5), as well as a track produced by the much ██
respected Orange County DJ and producer, LD (of Technicali ██
