Mr B has just informed me there
is issues with W4F release, it
seems there is missing contents
at ~1m51s also ~41m41s and some
funny speed up thing which also
has missing contents between
~17m34s-17m48s

erm... how odd is this both 
are crf 21 only 5 secs differents
also the file size/bitrate

w4f.: 330.4547 MiB (924.4865 kbps)
ours: 372.7506 MiB (1027.8248 kbps)
differents: 42.2959 MiB (103.3383 kbps)
