║ segments are out of order. (I believe it's referring to the 15 ║
║ minute segment beginning at 13m10s and ending at 13m25s) ║

║ The segments are not out of order. Or rather, if they are, blame ║
║ Spike and not me. I don't segment shows, I cap in full then encode. ║
║ Because of my setup being like this it's impossible for me to encode ║
║ with segments out of order. While yes, the brief segment seems out ║
║ of order and completely random I have no control over that. Keep ║
║ this in mind: ║

║ The runtime for every episode of Cops (on Spike at least) is ║
║ ~19m55s. If I removed the short segment that aired inbetween the ║
║ commercial break the episode runtime would be 15 seconds shorter ║
║ than it should be. Since these episodes air with the same specific ║
║ runtime I reasoned that removing the quick segment would mean ║
║ missing footage. By the time I got around to uploading I had ║
║ forgotten about the random segment and making a note in the NFO. ║

║ So it was: ║

║ Full segment / Commercials / 15 second segment / Commercials / Full ║

║ It didn't seem like an advertisement because there was no "Next time ║
║ on Cops" or something along the lines of that, it was just an ║
║ officer explaining what he was doing. ║

║ Keep in mind, Discovery Channel does quick 30-60 second segments ║
║ that are completely random and nobody thinks those are out of order. ║
