=============== SCENE-NOTiCE ===============
After the recent nukes we felt it would
be appropriate to try and clarify what's
gone on and what action we've taken internally.
Before we begin, please understand that we
are simply a group of friends who do this as
a hobby. We have continuously released content
in almost all of the allowed sections. From PS3
to eBooks, 0DAY to SVCD. We've been through a lot
of changes throughout the decade we have been
active.
We will begin the story by introducing the
first of two people. "Cracker A" was recruited
around 6 months ago, under the recommendation
of other respected scene groups. We are holding
back from name dropping for good reason, we don't
want to cause any further drama.
As a group we didn't have much experience within
the GAMES section. Due to the nature of our
group, when the opportunity arose, we took it.
After all we are WaLMaRT.. Wal-Mart sells
everything, we release everything.
Cracker A began making cracks for us and people
were impressed with our releases. Then came the
first nuke, in this case stolen.tools, tools which were
supposedly created by the group COGENT. We cleared
this up in the following NFO.

Here we explained that we only used public sources
for the release, those can be found publicly here;

After clearing this up we took extra caution to
ensure that all releases were legitimate and no
stolen tools were used to crack any of the releases.
Cracker A shared all of the source codes for the the
tools, this led us to believe nothing strange was
going on.
This is where we introduce Cracker B. The guy was
very well spoken and appeared to be very skilled.
He was able to patch CEG games for us in a fast and
efficient manor. He claimed to be an ex member of
Two other groups, which he backed up by sharing their
tools with us.

These tools included an icon with a Razor logo,
so we can only assume they came from there. None
of these tools were used in any of our release, we
were making our own. Cracker B was purely showing
off the fact that he was in possession of these tools.
After some time we received another nuke, this time
concerning suspicions that the release was stolen from
a P2P source.

After addressing Cracker A about the nuke it came to
light that the serial was actually standard with all GOG
versions of the game, view the proof here:

Tensions were high in the group after the nuke and the
member was soon banned. He has since moved on to another
group with Cracker B. Something we later found out.
Now we've just received another nuke for:

After looking into it, it's obvious that a P2P source
has been used in this instance. We must stress
that we were always under the impression that the
cracker was buying these out of his own pocket.
Both users are no longer affiliated with our group in
any shape or form. They have been purged from our affiliate
sites and the site-ops have been informed of what's been
going on.
It's quite clear that we have been very naive with putting
our trust into this person. After watching him work
(something we practice for quite some time after we recruit a
new member, which isnÆt often at all) and witnessing him login to
multiple steam accounts filled with hundreds of games, it is fair
to say we became complacent.
We feel it's important to stress the fact that the person in
question was also vouched for by various other groups/respected
crackers. After a while we stopped checking the legitimacy of
his sources based on the assumption that he was purchasing them
through steam.
Our reputation has been tarnished and there's no avoiding that.
However, we have learnt our lesson. We can only hope that the
group this person has moved to will take something from this notice;
you know who you are. Please contact us if you feel the need.
We can only apologize for the stolen releases, if we had
known at the time they would not have been released.
We have NEVER and will NEVER knowingly use P2P sources for our
releases and we will take extra caution from now on. As you see
99% of our releases include proof.
