Seriously heavy, future-bound business from Mike Wallis, man behind the
controls for the excellent Colony imprint and one half of the "Crunch"
project together with Dave Tipper. This latest 12" on ADJ's Pyramid
Transmissions imprint is just utterly sick, demented, massive - finding
itself a home between tweaked acid styles, low-end dominatined two-step
vibes, jackin' electroid tweaks and everything in between. Electro seems
to have gotten so utterly boring in the last year or so - here's a
record that borrows and steals from deviant music in all it's forms to
come up with the sort of electronic record we figured we couldn't get
excited about anymore. Sheesh how wrong we were. This is a complete
crashing swerve for the label and one of the most determined, massive
twelves of the year so far. Essential purchase!!
