- For future reference: Any new rulesets created
and/or amendments/changes made to the current official MP3 ruleset
that ARE NOT signed by the original mp3council are to be dismissed,
considered invalid and not to be abided by under any circumstances.
It is critical to note that no one is authorized to speak/decide/sign
on the behalf of the original mp3council for any future official
MP3 ruleset changes and/or amendments.
Main changes:
- allows vinyl after web
- new proof for specific situations
- defects on audio sources
- rule for prooffixes added
- rule for web releases with physical source support.
- no more .html files in mp3council package
