Notes: A human error caused our capture of the HD feed to glitch,
       which caused the loss of two lines of dialogue at 10m 04s.
       
       Fortunately due a stroke of luck, once we cut out the
       garbled audio and video, it wasn't extremely noticeable
       that anything was even missing. But rather than attempting
       to fool anyone, we've tagged this as INTERNAL.
       
       For those that want the complete episode, we've also
       released a PDTV.x264 from TV2+1 - an hour delayed SD feed
       of TV2.

       For those that would rather have a SDx264 release from a
       HD source, here is the missing dialogue:
         
         Joe: Louis, promise me there is nothing going on.
         Louis: I primese.
