QCF's release have bad deinterlace. 
Scene changes with added effects all have
a ton of blended frames. Also there is a
short segment of film with lots of blends.

On a second note that is not a proper
reason (but should be) is that all the
rels released lately by QCF have down-
sampled audio from 48 to 44.1khz.
So just a note to the group that they
might wanna check their settings.

This must have been overlooked when the
rules were created cause it's not in
there for sd-tv. But it's in the retail
sd-rules at least. Anyway, there is no 
reason to do it just because it's not 
banned.
