██ Danza," the two nylon string virtuosos Reentko Dirks and Daniel ██
██ Nikolas Wrtz received outstanding reviews. lt's no accident that ██
██ these two performers, who met during the "Gitarre Weltmusik" ██
██ (Guitar World Music) course of studies with Thomas Fellow in ██
██ Dresden, have captured the prizes like the European Guitar Award ██
██ or the one of the Osnabrⁿck Open Strings Guitar Festival. ██

██ With their unbridled style of play, characterized by a wide ██
██ dynamic range and percussive elements, Dirks and Wirtz reveal ██
██ their world music vocabulary - in imaginative arrangements and ██
██ genially performed - with styles like tango nuevo, lazz and ██
██ flamenco. \Mth "Kinski, Spencer, Gismonti," these two ██
██ guitarists, composers and workshop instructors have once again ██
██ succeeded in delivering an electriffing tour-de-force of the ██
██ highest technical level. This time, they have extended their ██
██ musical range with calypso, film music, folk songs and their own ██
██ concertante compositions. The title of the album already ██
██ documents their tongue-in-cheek bridging of the gap between so- ██
██ called serious and entertaining music, by dedicating the pieces ██
██ to such different characters as Klaus Kinski, Bud Spencer and ██
██ Egberto Gismonti. ██
