   █   So this is a bit of a hodgepodge DVD. The DVD includes 66 of these shorts, from what 
   █   look like a total of maybe 79. We could have split them all up into individual 
   █   segments, but they're literally a minute a piece, so that seems wasteful. 
   █   
   █   
   █   Originally designed for schools, these were later broadcast as commercials. Each 
   █   sets up a moment in Canadian history and a brief re-enactment. These first started 
   █   production in 1991, but continued well into the 2000's, hence the missing year tag. 
   █   Additionally, the first air year of each short isn't available, even on the official 
   █   website.
   █   
   █   The crop varies WILDLY. For at least the first 40 minutes, you're going to think we 
   █   lie. Just check the sample though. Trust us, it works out in the end.
   █   
   █   Since all the parts are from likely different sources and eras, we did the best we 
   █   could with the video. As far as we can tell, we got all instances of dupe frames
   █   and interlacing. There are some blended frames, but those instances we could see
   █   were not fixable. Sorry.
   █   
   █   It may look like the sync is off. Since these were originally broadcast on 
   █   Canadian television, some were originally done in French but dubbed English for the 
   █   English channels. This release uses the English audio. This is also the reason we did
   █   not tag the release DUBBED.
   █
