:: Svartmetallö is the remastered version of that album, with ::
:: 1 bonus song; ôMin Vandring Mot Moerketö which was ::

:: Skaur has been lurking in the shadows and the underground ::
:: scene for a decade now. But with their debut album finally ::
:: getting some backup by a label, and proper distribution ::
:: deals in place, I am extremely confident that they will not ::
:: remain unknown to most for much longer. ItÆs apparent from ::
:: the beginning of the album that this band is going places, ::
:: and they are most definitely destined for greatness. The ::
:: sheer quality of the music, the lyrics, the harmonies, the ::
:: epicness.. this album is perfect in every single way. A ::
:: total eargasm and a reviewers wettest dream!! ::

:: The musicians here are above and beyond. Everything fits so ::
:: damn well, the totally sexy bass line melodies that shines ::
:: through in places, the brilliantly crafted riffs and ::
:: supreme drumming. I mean, could this seriously be it? The ::
:: album of the year already, in april? It will most certainly ::
:: be a contender for the top 3 spot on my list. ::

:: There is not a single weak link on this album, none ::
:: whatsoever! And every listen-through unveils tiny pieces to ::
:: the mystery not noticed the first time around. As any good ::
:: album should, this just continues to grow on the listener, ::
:: it might even eventually become all-consuming. I have had ::
:: the first version on constant repeat more or less since I ::
:: got it, only taking a break when receiving new stuff. Then ::
:: I keep finding myself going back to this album, and this ::
:: remastered monster..well, IÆm at a loss for words really. ::

:: ôNordnorsk Svartmetallö better be it. It has all the ::
:: elements of a classic to my ears, and I firmly believe this ::
:: album will stand the test of time. Ignore this band, and ::
:: you most certainly ignore the future of black metal. Skaur ::
:: is 1 of 4 bands I now consider to be part of the true ::
:: saviors of the scene. Quality like this is what helps keep ::
