| Esteemed as an interpreter of the French and Italian repertoire, |
| lyric baritone Gino Quilico has performed with the worldÆs major |
| opera companies, including the Metropolitan Opera (New York), La |
| Scala (Milano), The Royal Opera House (London), the Vienna State |
| Opera (Vienna), the Paris Opera, the Bayerische Staatsoper |
| (Munich), The Teatro Colon (Buenos Aires), La Fenice (Venice). |
| |
| Over twenty opera recordings, including a Grammy Award for his |
| participation in the recording of Les Troyens(Decca). His |
| critically acclaimed solo recital recording Le Secret (Koch |
| International) have also firmly established Mr. Quilico in the |
| classical recording industry. His recent recording ôNoelö with |
| Novem Inc. went Gold. |

| Mr. Quilico has worked with such distinguished conductors as |
| Seiji Ozawa, Herbert Von Karajan, Leonard Bernstein, Riccardo |
| Chailly, James Levine, Lorin Maazel, Zubin Mehta, Michel |
| Plasson and George Pretre. |
| |
| Among the many festivals in which he has participated are those |
| of Saltzburg, Edinburgh, Schwetzingen, Aix en Provence and |
| Orange. |
| |
| Mr. Quilico made his Metropolitan Opera debut in 1987 as |
| Lescaut in ôManonö and has regularly returned since in roles |
| such as Figaro in ôThe Barber of Sevilleö, Valentin in ôFaustö, |
| Enrico in ôLucia di Lammermoorö, Ford in ôFalstaffö , Belcore in |
| ôLÆElisir dÆAmoreö and Escamillo in ôCarmenö. |

| At the San Francisco Opera, Mr. Quilico has appeared in the |
| title role of ôDon Giovanniö, Yeletsky in ôPique Dameö, Belcore |
| in ôElisir dÆAmoreö, Lescaut in ôManonö Silvio in ôPagliacciö |
| and Marcello in ôLa Bohemeö which was also recorded for video |
| release. |

| At the Paris Opera Mr. QuilicoÆs roles have included Figaro in |
| ôThe Barber of Sevilleö, Oreste in ôIphigenie en Taurideö, |
| Eisenstein in ôDie Fledermausö, Belcore in ôElisir dÆAmoreö, |
| Enrico in ôLucia di Lamermoorö, Escamillo in ôCarmenö and |
| Yeletsky in ôPique Dame. |

| His performances at La Scala have included the roles of Marcello |
| in ôLa Bohemeö. Lescaut in ôManonÆÆ by Massenet and Lescaut in |
| ôManon Lescautö by Puccini which was recorded by Sony Classical. |
| |
| With the Royal Opera in London, he has sung Posa in ôDon |
| Carlosö, as well as Valentin in ôFaustö, Figaro, Marcello and |
| Escamillo which he has also performed with the Royal OperaÆs |
| tour to Japan and Korea. |

| Around the world other engagements have taken Mr. Quilico to the |
| Berlin Staatsoper, the Vienna Staatsoper for ôIphigenie en |
| Taurideö to Munich for ôCarmen and Don Giovanniö to the |
| Florence Maggio Musicale for ôLa Cenerentolaö. ôDon Pasqualeö at |
| La Fenice in Venice, and to Buenos Aires Teatro Colon for ôDon |
| Giovanniö and Faust. Lausanne for the title role of ôEugene |
| Oneginö and as Renato in ôUn Ballo in Mascheraö. |
| |
| On the concert stage, Mr. Quilico has appeared with the Toronto |
| Symphony Orchestra and the Montreal Symphony. In Europe he has |
| sung with the Orchestre National de France, the Orchestre |
| Philarmonique de Radio France, and the Bayerische Rundfunk, |
| Munich. |
| |
| In the year 1987 Gino and Louis Quilico became the first father |
| and son to perform at the Metropolitan Opera together in its 103 |
| years of existence. Followed by many other appearances together |
| around the world at the Paris Opera, The Chatelet, The Canadian |
| Opera Company and The Toulouse Opera. |
| |
| Mr. Quilico has appeared in the feature films of ôLa Bohemeö and |
| ôOrfeoö as well as in numerous operatic videos. He has recorded |
| for such labels as Deutsche Grammophon, EMI/Angel, Philips, |
| Erato, Sony Classical and London/Decca. included an album of |
| operetta duets with Barbara Hendricks for EMI. |

| Mr. Quilico continues to pursui his career as in Canada |
| (MontrΘal, QuΘbec, Orford, Trois-Rivieres) in the USA (Napa |
| Valley, San Francisco) a new recording of Sacred songs with |
| production XXI to be released automn 2012 with the famous |
| organist Jacque Boucher. |
| |
| With the Montreal symphony orchestra conducted by Kent Nagano, |
| Mr. Quilico will sing in LÆenfance du Christ from Berlioz |
| december 2012. Several Christmas concerts in this same period in |
| several cities around Quebec. |
