citrona recordings is named after a street in label base amelia
island, citrona is the creation of greg long and his spouse
christina in january 2002. it is a small developing label creating
music from the soul for the soul. home of a select group of hand
picked talented musicians who have made their way into the world
of recording.
the creation and distribution of music from citrona is a passion
from within that is inspired by the ever changing outside world
and at times influenced by their peers and creators of the past.
citrona's sound to date is clean, organic, yet modern and groovy
combining elements of dub, jazz and even funk sprinkled over with
just the right blend of electronic atmospherics.
