Releasenotes:
'Chase The Ghost' is the second album from bi-coastal instrumental rock quartet
Signal Hill. While post-rock bands are now a dime a dozen, mining new territory
can be a tough proposition. Familiarity in this case is not such a bad thing.
Clean winding guitars ala Explosions In The Sky meet up with melodic leads that
would not be out of place on a The American Dollar tune. There is the rhythm
section to which has a tight Mogwai lean in doing just the right thing at the
right time. "Chase The Ghost" is comforting and familiar like an old warm coat
on a chilly day.
