│║ Slaughter Xtroys, Energy Vampires and playing a ║ │

│║ melodic, Power Progressive Metal painted in dark ║ │

│║ Well you do not have to search anymore because ║ │
│║ Mindwarp Chamber are here and their second CD is ║ │
│║ already out. On their line up you will meet ║ │
│║ vocalist Scott Huffman (Lords of Meat, Twelfth ║ │
│║ Gate, Spirit Web, Syris, Metallian), bassist ║ │
│║ Brent Sullivan (Winterkill, Slauter Xstroyes, ║ │
│║ Spirit Web, NDX, Squadron (US), Energy ║ │
│║ Vampires), as well as Ed "Shreddy" Bethishou on ║ │
│║ keyboards who have also played with David ║ │
│║ Shankle Group. As far as the guitar stuff the ║ │
│║ new force of the band is called Mike Cerna but ║ │
│║ on the current CD you would be able to hear the ║ │
│║ magic guitar touches of former guitarist Jerry ║ │
│║ Buzcko who parted ways with the band somewhere ║ │
│║ around early 2008. ║ │
│║ ║ │
│║ The band has already released the EP Skeptics ║ │
│║ Eye back in 2007 and before this there was a two ║ │
│║ song demo spread around to the Metal masses. ║ │
│║ Back in the EP days all the fans of Power / Prog ║ │
│║ Metal were satisfied enough with the music of ║ │
│║ Minwarp Chamber and I guess that the same is ║ │
│║ going to happened now as the band represents the ║ │
│║ stuff from the debut EP adding some wonderful ║ │
│║ new material creating a soundscape of Dark, ║ │
│║ Heavy, Power / Prog Metal. ║ │
│║ ║ │
│║ If you are into bands like Symphony X, Dream ║ │
│║ Theater and EverGrey, if the ultra technical ║ │
│║ background of Slauter Xtroys is your cup of tea, ║ │
│║ if the ultra melodic vocals of Syris is your ║ │
│║ main trademark in US Power Metal and if you can ║ │
│║ add to all these some light modern touches of ║ │
│║ heaviness here and there, then you have managed ║ │
│║ to approach the musical puzzle of this GREAT ║ │
│║ band and you have found your next favorite CD ║ │
│║ that will stick in your stereo. ║ │

│║ The most important thing is that the music in ║ │
│║ here is deeply inspired so be prepared to hear ║ │
│║ some magnificent melodies, some wonderful voice ║ │
│║ lines enforced by powerful lead guitar themes ║ │
│║ that are presented under a complex rhythm ║ │
│║ section / musical background. But I can for sure ║ │
│║ point that the music and the emotion are the ║ │
│║ main goals of this band unlike some other ║ │
│║ similar groups that plays complex and ║ │
│║ technically just to prove their musical ║ │
│║ abilities without having something inspired to ║ │
│║ offer.s ║ │
